Policies

Shipping:

  • All item shipped will include a tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us directly. You should receive this with the shipping notification. Uk Shipping is sent signed for with a refence, not fully tracked.
  • Pre made items will ship within one week of your purchase unless advised otherwise.
  • If you are in UK, please allow 8-10 business days for your package to arrive.
  • If you are outside of the UK, please note that it can take up to 6 weeks for your package to arrive. Please plan accordingly. 
  • If you wish to receive your package sooner then the average wait times, please contact us directly for a shipping upgrade.
  • The Ragdoll's Workshop is not responsible for customs fees. If you do not wish to pay custom fees, please return your package and we will refund the cost of the item.
  • Once the item is posted, The Ragdoll's workshop holds no responsibility for the item and is also unable to alter address. 

Payment:

  • All payments are required at the time of checkout.
  • Split payments and payment plans are not available.

Refunds, Exchanges and cancelation:

  • All SALES ARE FINAL. Due to all of these items being hand made and one of a kind, we will not offer refunds or cancelations for regular products.
  •  If you receive a product you see as unfit or damaged, we will gladly offer to fix your current item or exchange for something similar. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item with photos and your reason for wanting an exchange or repair. 
  • ****If you are purchasing an item for another person, please be willing to take accountability. We will not offer refunds in the event of someone not paying you back for your purchase. *****
  • For any custom orders placed, if an item is returned a maximum of half the cost of the item, to cover materials, minus postage can be offered due to the nature and extra time taken for custom items. 

Additional :

  • The Ragdoll's Workshop reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Rudeness, threats, aggressive language or anything of the sort will not be tolerated under any circumstance. 
  • The Ragdoll's Workshop is not responsible for any injury that may occur while wearing our products.
  • The Ragdoll's Workshop is not responsible for any damages that may occur after receiving your item. 

Custom Orders:

  • I am currently not taking custom order at this time via the website. If customs are opened they will be advertised via an instagram post.
