Policies and FAQ

Shipping:

• All items will ship with tracking, UK signed for, which will be sent on dispatch.
•  Please check your junk.
• Premade Items usually ship within 2 weeks, but please allow for a variance.
• Uk: Please allow 8-10 business days for your package to arrive International:
• Currently, shipping to the EU is suspended due to GSPR Everywhere else, packages may take up to 6 weeks to arrive.
• TVD is not responsible for customs fees
• Once the item is posted, TVD holds no responsibility for the item and is also unable to alter address. 

Payment:

• Payment: Payment is required at checkout, via any of the options available on the shopify store front.
• Split payments and payment plans are available at request, your first payment is counted as deposit and is non refundable.
• All Sales are FINAL. Due to all items being hand made, refunds and cancellations are not offered for premade items.
• If you receive a unfit or damaged product, please get in contact within 5 working days of arrival with images, and a replacement or fix will be offered at no extra cost. If you are purchasing an item for another person.

Refunds, Exchanges and cancelation:

• All SALES ARE FINAL. Due to all of these items being hand made and one of a kind, we will not offer refunds or cancelations for regular products.
•  If you receive a product you see as unfit or damaged, we will gladly offer to fix your current item or exchange for something similar. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item with photos and your reason for wanting an exchange or repair. 
• ****If you are purchasing an item for another person, please be willing to take accountability. We will not offer refunds in the event of someone not paying you back for your purchase. *****
• For any custom orders placed, if an item is returned a maximum of half the cost of the item, to cover materials, minus postage can be offered due to the nature and extra time taken for custom items. 

Additional :

• TVD reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Rudeness, threats, aggressive language or anything of the sort will not be tolerated under any circumstance. 
• TVD is not responsible for any injury that may occur while wearing our products.
• TVD is not responsible for any damages that may occur after receiving your item.
• TVD is a Cat Safe House, if you have a cat allergy, it is advised you do not purchase from this store
  
• TVD can not guarantee the item will be free of cat allergens even though upmost care is taken to keep each piece safe and separated. 

FAQ :

Customs?

• Customs are open periodically around my work and home schedule.
• This shop is not my main source of income, and is a small part time hobby. It will be in my banner/page front if customs are open, and you are welcome to request via dm expected time lines.

  When and where do you sell?

• I do small sporadic drops, if time permits, a release of up to 10 items, but currently around my full time job being 1-4 smaller pieces per month.
• Very occasionally, items will be auctioned via Instagram comments. All other items are sold via my website. www.Thevulpinesden.com                            

Why don't you make as much? 

• TVD is not my full time job and I suffer from chronic health issues as well as a disability. I have always had a full time job, 37 hours per week that I have held around my craft, also another reason for me being able to keep my items affordable in the current market as this is not my main source of income. I have recently had a promotion which has meant I have less free time, meaning I have much more limited time to create.

You changed your shop name? 

• Yes, My store name change from The Ragdoll's Workshop to The Vulpine's Den. Though I adore my Ragdoll cat Yuna, she is 7, and has had a stroke. I realized I'd never want to touch my store again if something happened to her if it was still connected to her name. So Vulpine is for my love for foxes and to follow a more high fantasy feel.
